Tickets
Thank you for your interest in Go Comedy! tickets. The easiest way to purchase tickets is through our Shows Calendar, though you can purchase tickets in person at our Box Office as well. Ticket prices are the same online and in person. You can avoid fees by paying for your ticket(s) with cash.
You may also call our Box Office around 6:30pm (on show nights) to purchase tickets over the phone. Please note that the box office may be busy seating patrons half an hour before showtime.
NOTE: Online ticket sales close half an hour before the show time.

Reservations
We do not accept reservations without payment. You can buy tickets at the door, pending availability. Pre-purchasing your tickets for shows is highly recommended. We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime.
Ticket reservations are open online until 30 minutes before show start time. You may also call our Box Office at 6:30pm to purchase tickets over the phone. Please note that the box office may be busy seating patrons half an hour before showtime.

Seating
Seating is general admission. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime and seats are first come, first served. There will be ushers on staff to assist with seating. Most of our seating is standard chair height. Please note the back of the theater has hightop tables with chair back stools.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before showtime for the best experience. There is drink service at your table throughout the show.
Gift Cards
Gift cards for Go Comedy! shows and classes are available for purchase online through CrowdWork.
If your gift card was purchased prior to August 2026, or you need assistance redeeming your gift card, please email us at gocomedyboxoffice@gmail.com! We’ll be happy to assist you.

Other Discounts
If you are a member of the military, you receive 20% off (up to 4 tickets). Please use the discount code GOMILITARY when purchasing your tickets online. We kindly request you show your military ID when checking in at the Box Office.
Please note that we are unable to accept discount codes for Special Engagements. This includes the Detroit Improv Festival (DIF), as tickets to DIF are sold through the Detroit Improv Collective, Inc.
Group Discounts
If you purchase 10 or more tickets to a show (in a single transaction), please use the discount code GOGROUP for 10% off your online order. Please let us know if you experience any issues with this discount!

Parking
Free parking is available in our lot and at the courthouse next door after 5pm. Don’t be scared by the parking signs in our lot; we validate parking at the Box Office when you check in for the show!
There's also metered parking on 9 Mile and in the lot across the street. Metered parking is in effect from 11am-midnight, Monday-Saturday. Sunday and recognized city holidays are free. Check out City of Ferndale Parking for more information on parking.
Accessibility
Go Comedy! provides two accessible parking spaces and accessible bathroom stalls. We are a one-story building, and our theater seating is all on one level. If you have any concerns about accommodations, please call our Box Office at 248-327-0575.
