The Golden Hour
Two local comedy troupes perform scenic long-form improv.

Featuring:
The Generation Gap - An established Ann Arbor-based improv troupe. With members in their 30’s, 40’s, and 60’s, The Generation Gap look at life in different decades and explore the differences and similarities with comedic panache.

Launchbox – Go Comedy’s inaugural launch group is comprised of 10 up-and-coming improvisers. The group takes full advantage of the space, creating vivid locations and with rich and humorous scenes. 		Soapbox Derby8pm Thursday
Soapbox Derby
The show will feature a special guest every week. These guests will be local musicians, performers, politicians, socialites or anyone with a story to tell. The guest will be asked to tell a few stories from his or her life and the cast will use the stories as a jumping off point for improvised scenes. Timeless: The Dancical is an original piece by Lauren Bickers. It tells the tale of love, lust and loss in a small restaurant around the holidays. It’s sort of like a musical, but instead of singing, they dance to hits from the ‘80’s. It’s as hard to describe as it is to forget. Not to be missed.

An improvised musical featuring The Brown Brothers – a 2-piece 6 instrument band. Every week the audience provides the title and the cast improvises a full-blown musical.

The Gauntlet
Two improv teams go head-to-head and the audience decides the winner. The winner returns to defend their title, in this ongoing improv tournament. The Go Comedy! House Team opens this show every week with a game set to get the audience charged and ready to rumble.
